This is a great backpack for the price! It is heavy duty and sturdy with a lot of room in the side pockets. Waterproof kept my things neat and dry for the duration of my trip. It also comes with a lot of padding to make for a comfortable wearing experience. Highly recommend!

my last backpack fell apart after 3 trips, so I was looking for a sturdy backpack with a strong material, well Cuscus (never heard of it before) is very sturdy and the meterial is heavy duty, hip support is great! it's twice the size of my old one. I've taken it to 5 trips and still looks brand new! I love it!

I'm doing a backpacking trip around New Zealand right now and I cannot imagine using anything other then this bag. While the size sounds like it's a lot - it's not... in fact, if there was larger I would have bought that but this really holds a lot. I was able to carry 50lbs (23Kilos) worth of my stuff and the bag made it international and domestic flights just fine, I have been caught in the rain, had drinks spilled over it and all my stuff stays dry inside!
There are so many pockets, zippers, and SPACE that you really can't go wrong nor should you really be looking to buy anything less then this size (especially if you are looking to go backpacking). Even the bottom of the bag has a draw string so that when you put you shoes or what ever in the bottom, you can seal it off so that your close do not get messed up with dirt. You can put a sleeping bag at the bottom. The stitching is VERY VERY strong and so are the straps making the bag an all around firm bag (redundant, I know). Additionally, the zippers are VERY strong as well, which was especially good for me since they should have bursted with how much junk I put in there!.
If I had use for another one I would buy it again, and I have told everyone I know to buy it. All in all, buy this bag if you are going to be doing any real traveling, hiking, camping, whatever you need to do that would require you to use a bag for your stuff.

For the price my buddy paid to rent a pack for the week, I got this pack. While it wasn't made of rip-stop nylon and the most cutting edge materials, what do you expect for the price. That being said, it was still heavy duty. Several stream crossing had me jumping up and down back and forth yet the pack held up great. It also stayed put on my back. It has height adjustable shoulder straps which made it very comfortable. Well as comfortable as you can expect with a 30lbs pack on your back. My only complaint would be lack of places to strap thing down to on the outside of the bag. But other than that, for the price I paid for the pack I am extremely happy with it.
