This is a decent first aid kit for small injuries, cuts, scrapes, etc. I think the best thing about it is the good quality container it comes in. Plenty of room to throw in some larger bandages, gauze, etc.

This kit has everything you would need on the trail, but its a little bulky for pockets. I was looking around for a personal first-aid kit to keep in my pockets, something I could carry around and always have something on-hand to assist with scraped knees and bloodied elbows. I basically empty this into a ziplock freezer bag and it works perfectly.

The quality of items in this kit, and many others, are fairly cheap. Furthermore, the inside of this case (which is removable), is very difficult to manage, and is not well laid out for emergencies.

Finally, about 1/3 of the items included are fairly extraneous...sunscreen, bug bite wipe, bug repellent.
Definitely better off building your own kit from scratch.
The only good thing about the whole thing is the exterior beefiness of the bag.

Comes with a lot and handy case seems perfect for our RV and boat..would make an excellent gift for the outdoorsy type as well. Would buy again and would highly recommend.
